At Calgren, agriculture, advanced fuel production, and carbon solutions operate as one integrated system. We are seeking a Vice President of Operations to serve as a central operational leader in that system. This is an executive role for a leader who is energized by complexity, accountability, and impact.

The Vice President of Operations will lead all site operations, including ethanol, dairy RNG, CHP, CNG, maintenance, engineering, EI&A, HS&E, and laboratory functions. The role is responsible for driving operational excellence, strengthening culture, and preparing for large-scale carbon capture and storage integration. This role is for someone who takes ownership of performance, operates with integrity, leads through systems and people, and helps shape the future of low-carbon energy production.
