Our business is built on understanding how operations, commodity markets, and carbon programs come together to create value. We are looking for a Director, FP&A and Strategy to help lead that work.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll play a key role in the financial and commercial decisions that shape both Calgren and Pratt Energy. From forecasting and margin analysis to capital investments and carbon strategy, you’ll connect what’s happening at our plants with the decisions that drive the business forward.

This is a role for someone who enjoys asking “why,” building models that support real decisions, and working across operations, finance, and executive leadership. You’ll help evaluate growth opportunities, support major investments, and provide the insights that guide the future of our integrated renewable energy platform.

Location: Westlake Village (Conejo Valley), California (in-office), with regular travel to our facilities in Pixley, California, and Pratt, Kansas.
